Gavin McCann

McCann came through the ranks at Everton but his career only flourished when he left the club. After making his debut against Newcastle United in September 1997 he played just six times before leaving for Sunderland a year later. In September 2001 he made his international bow for England against Spain and in the summer of 2003 he joined Aston Villa. Four years later Gavin joined Bolton in a £1million deal.
