
Ray Hall - Academy Manager
Ray's primary role is to lead a team involved in all aspects of youth development from 7 to 19 years. In particular, the organisation of the department in terms of finance, facilities, staffing (full-time/part-time), policies, research and development, planning, care/welfare, education provision/liaison with schools and establishing good lines of communication with all areas across the whole youth development structure.

Neil Dewsnip - Head Coach
Neil is responsible for overseeing the technical and tactical development of our 9 to 18 year old players. This includes being responsible for the philosophy, structure and operation of the performance programme within the Academy. In addition, Neil oversees all performance and results of all age groups and technical staff, and is head coach to Everton's Under-18s side.

Kevin Sheedy - Academy Coach
Everton legend Kevin assists in the development of technically excellent players for the Academy's full-time player programme. He is involved in all technical work, the monitoring of youth players' performance and preparation. Kevin brings with him a wealth of experience, having played for Everton at the top level for ten years, as well as making 47 appearances for the Republic of Ireland.

Kevin O'Brien - Academy Director of Goalkeeping
Kevin is tasked with developing technically excellent goalkeepers for the Academy Programme. He is responsible for all technical and tactical development for Academy goalkeepers from nine-years-old to the senior side. He is also involved in establishing and implementing a goalkeeper syllabus for all Academy goalkeepers; monitoring and assessing performance of all goalkeeping staff; directing all assistants work and overseeing all recruitment of Academy goalkeepers.

Steve Hardwick - Academy Physiotherapist
Head physio Steve is employed by the Academy to develop, organise, co-ordinate and implement the treatment and rehabilitation of all Academy players. This includes direct medical screening and health/medical education programmes for all Academy players along with the assessment and treatment of the 8-21 years of age Academy players. This would include the development, organisation and implementation of the treatment and rehabilitation programmes and working practically with the senior Academy team (Under 18s).
