Alan Irvine - Academy Manager
Alan Irvine returned to Everton to take up the role of Academy Manager in July 2011. He replaced veteran boss Ray Hall, returning to the Club after almost four years away. Previously he had been a player and assistant manager at Everton.

Kevin Sheedy - Youth Team Coach
Everton legend Kevin assists in the development of technically excellent players for the Academy's full-time player programme. He is involved in all technical work, the monitoring of youth players' performance and preparation. Kevin brings with him a wealth of experience, having played for Everton at the top level for ten years, as well as making 47 appearances for the Republic of Ireland.

Neil Dewsnip - Head Coach
Neil is responsible for overseeing the technical and tactical development of our 9 to 18 year old players. This includes being responsible for the philosophy, structure and operation of the performance programme within the Academy. In addition, Neil oversees all performance and results of all age groups and technical staff.

Duncan Ferguson - Coach
Duncan Ferguson joined the academy in October 2011 as he began working towards his coaching badges. He's remained a fixture since than, working with Kevin Sheedy and the Under-18s side. Previously he had two stints as a player at Goodison, before retiring in 2006.

Ray Hall - International Ambassador
After over two decades at the helm of the Everton Academy Ray announced his intention to retire and Alan Irvine was installed as the new boss. Hall took up a new role as international ambassador and could reflect on a period in which he developed some of the nations finest players.
