Academy Player of the Season
This prize went to the skipper of the club's Academy Under 18 side.
Scott Phelan has been a key figure for Neil Dewsnip's side this term as they have produced consistently solid performances, ending the campaign with a flourish - losing just once in their last nine outings.
It was also a season in which Scott made the step up from the England Under 17s to the England U18s.
And only his second appearance for the national side provided cause for celebration, as he revealed after picking up his award from manager David Moyes.

Scott said: "I was happy to get selected. It is always a big thing to go away with your country and I was proud to play for England.
"I was disappointed I was on the bench against Slovenia (in April) but I went on for the second half and 10 minutes into the second half scored. That was the winning goal so I was happy."
Manager David Moyes underlined his commitment to youth, saying before presenting the award: "If players are good enough they will be put into the first team. We are building a young team here and the Academy is very important in helping achieve that."
