Tickets for Everton's first Premier League game of the 2010/11 season against Blackburn have now sold out.
The next chance for you to catch a first glimpse of David Moyes’ men will be in the Blues' first home game against Wolves.
The Blues travel to Ewood Park for their first outing of the new campaign Saturday 14 August for a 3pm kick-off, and all tickets have now been snapped up for the league curtain raiser.
Traditionally a popular fixture for travelling Evertonians, the Blues' 4200 allocated tickets were sold by Friday morning to 2010/11 Season Ticket holders.
Mick McCarthy's side travel to Goodison Park a week later on Saturday 21 August, kick-off 3pm, and tickets are now on general sale.

And left-back Leighton Baines knows the fans have good reason to be excited ahead of the new term.
“Fans are talking very positively,” Baines told evertontv. “Everyone is in the right frame of mind going into the season, and we are as well.”

Fans can also visit the box office in person and purchase tickets from our friendly fan centre staff at Goodison Park.

Is that it then? no more tickets? the stand we have will be half empty? neither mind the rest of the ground. this perfectic we could fill the stand why not get moor???????

Jon Summer you're right, we can and in the past have sold 8,000 tickets in the Darwen end, not to mention the pockets of Evertonians in the home end. Not sure if its true that we turned down 8,000 tickets but if we did that is ridiculous. As mentioned below season in, season out we fill behind that goal and with it being opening weekend, chance to see Beckford or maybe Gueye then we would have easily sold 8,000. We sold 4,200 with over 2 weeks to go. Good point by Thomas Ainsworth by the way, look at when we played in Bratislava (which I'm pretty sure is equally as hard if not harder to get to than Macedonia, not to mention the visa fees) we took a lot more than 47 people. Shows how great our support is and how glory hunted and full of foreigners theres is.

Who is in charge of ticket sales??? we could sell double this amount,, whats going on there's Evertonians unable to go the match because someone is doing there job right. COME ON admin get a grip

Can we please have an explanation as to why Blackburn's offer of 8,000 tickets was turned down, and in the region of only 5,000 accepted? Has anyone at the Club bothered to take any sort of notice of the fact that, even in the depths of winter, this away fixture attracts around 8,000 Evertonians season in, season out? Surely anyone with any idea whatsoever would realise that the opening day fixtures, right across the country, attract bumper gates! What is going on?????????????
