Tim Cahill will return to the Everton starting line-up for this afternoon's trip to Birmingham.
The Australian has not featured for the Blues since the first leg of their Europa League clash with Sporting Lisbon but comes in as David Moyes' only change for the injured Leon Osman (groin).
It means Yakubu continues in attack with Victor Anichebe, John Heitinga, Mikel Arteta and Steven Pienaar joining Cahill in midfield. Phil Jagielka again takes his place alongside Sylvain Distin, Leighton Baines and captain Phil Neville in defence.
Moyes had hoped to have Louis Saha (hamstring) available again but the Frenchman does not feature in the squad. Landon Donovan will start the final game of his 10-week loan on the bench.
Midfielder Lee Bowyer makes his comeback for the hosts, while former Everton man James McFadden is on the bench for Alex McLeish's side.
Everton: Howard, Neville, Distin, Jagielka, Baines, Arteta, Heitinga, Pienaar, Cahill, Anichebe, Yakubu. Subs: Nash, Hibbert, Yobo, Bilyaletdinov, Donovan, Gosling, Rodwell
Birmingham City: Hart, Carr, Bowyer, Ridgewell,Jerome, Benitez, Ferguson, Johnson, Dann, Fahey, Gardner. Subs: Taylor, Larsson, Phillips, McFadden, Michel, Queudrue, Tainio

Am sorry to see Leon suffer another injury, especially after hitting such great form. But it's also fantastic to have Cahill back in the team, as he is a born leader.......COYB let's continue the push for a European place!!
